- took the dogs for a walk.
- rode an exercise bike for '15 miles'
- tried a couple of times to figure out how to use the gazelle thing, never really got it
- did a lot of reps with 5 lbs dumbells
- 40 each arm
- 40 both arms alternating
- 40 each arm again
- 20 over the head both arms
- 20 over the head right arm
- 40 over the head left arm
- 4 push-ups
