25 days

Today I:
  •  took the dogs for a walk.
  • rode an exercise bike for '15 miles'
  • tried a couple of times to figure out how to use the gazelle thing, never really got it
  • did a lot of reps with 5 lbs dumbells
    1. 40 each arm
    2. 40 both arms alternating
    3. 40 each arm again
    4. 20 over the head both arms
    5. 20 over the head right arm
    6. 40 over the head left arm
  • 4 push-ups
